Some of the contractors that work on boats at LYH use bikes to save time, (perhaps to the benefit of customer invoices), and are careful and considerate. The new issue i have is people belting up the pontoons on electric scooters @ 25mph almost silently . I wonder who would be liable if something bad happens .

The 2nd biggest uk marina group allows cycling, golf carts and electric scooters . Not sure if they allow it in every one of their marinas..
To my knowledge there has never been a problem !
Pedestrians have right of way . Use a bell or horn !
If you walk to the far end of the marina, find youve forgotten something , have to walk back to your car thats one mile so why not cycle?
