well now I know of one marina where it is allowed!The marina staff and customers are often seen cycling around East Cowes marina, I think it's a matter of being courteous and aware of others unless of course it's marina policy to prohibit it.

Because obviously someb have never learned to “ go a bike “Why the hell don't you all just buy yourselves bikes and use them and then we wouldn't have any cyclist/moany pedestrian conflicts.
i remember years ago when i lived in california a local radio morning dj pr++k suggested opening car doors in traffic ques to prevent motorbikes filtering ,, he was fired that afternoon .Carry an umbrella, works in London on the pavements, accidentally drop it into the front spokes, really focuses the mind
