I am struggling to replace a severed hose from my yacht due to it's non-standard internal size of 49mm. It is exhaust tube although it is the one from the filler cap to the fuel tank so doesn't have to be replaced with this.

Can anyone help me source a replacement (approx 3m length)?

It is for a Morgan 416 lying in UK waters.

How did you measure the 49mm? That is, how sure are you that it's a non-standard 49mm and not a slightly-mismeasured 50mm or 51mm? ASAP have lots of hoses in those sizes.

Even if your fitting really is for 49mm hose, would a 50mm one well-clamped be acceptable? Or even a 45mm hose heated and stretched by 2mm per side to squeeze into place?

It was measured using vernier callipers by the guy in the chandlers. I've tried 50mm and it is too big. Jubilee clip distorted the shape instead of creating a nice fit (although it wasn't reinforced exhaust tube, just 2mm thick rubber pipe)

Mine is 100% 49mm and the best attempt to fit an undersize could be 48mm (1 7/8") but I'd like to try a small piece instead of ordering 3m as I probably can't get it to fit.

Probably 1 7/8" Perko deck fitting and tank inlet, I have had 1 7/8" bore fuel filler hose Merlin Motorsport and at a decent price too considering I had to pay retail.
