Shetland family four? Something like this:

Sold, but you get the idea. Small enough to tow but can sleep 4 at a push ( if 4 legs are removed).

No heads but actually practical to tow and launch. With boats there’s always a compromise!

+1 for the Sealine. We had an s23 for a number of years. Right on the limit for towing and you need a good twin axle trailer. We did not find launching any more challenging than our previous smaller boat. However after an "incident" we got professionals to tow it for us.
I would suggest this size if boat is suitable to be moved by trailer rather than kept on the trailer and regularly launched.
