Just a word of caution if you think of using a cost comparison site for your insurance, I did and wished I hadn't.

When I registered they wanted a phone number, since giving it I have been bombarded by unwanted marketing calls despite being registered with TPS.

Assurances that they do not pass on your details are worthless.
