Yes. It's very likely you'll have to remove the whole assembly to replace it. Getting to the set screws then removing the bearing in situ is nigh on impossible.

Spares for what? Cutlass is a standard bearing cut in half - same dimensions as the P-bracket bearing but half the length. Readily available from various manufacturers / vendors. Nick at Seabridge marine is your friend.. ;)

If you mean seal spares, depends on which seals are fitted.
