2m over the sill at brightlingsea marina

Hi how long after low water roughly will there be 2m over the sill please haven’t been for a while.

Around half tide as far as I recall. There's a depth gauge by the sill.

Do you still get the valet parking service from the Harbourmaster Team ?

The Brightlingsea waterside marina bar dries at -1.1m so you will probably be looking at 3 1/2 hours after LW

Harbourmaster team very helpful when we arrived ( first timers) back in July - two lads took our ropes and helped tie us up

One thing though - you'll be sitting in silt at low tide. We were alerted to this by a very helpful chap on boat next door and Harbour Master himself confirmed it. Not really a problem - it's just means the boat wont move around 2hrs either side of low tide. As a precaution we closed our sea cocks for that period

Yes, they'll even jump on the pontoon and take your lines if your shorthanded
