1994 Fairline Targa: Electrics Confusion

I’ve been told that some should be always on - and popping out indicates a problem.
Correct, they are not switches, they are circuit breakers. That type are generally pretty good but they can fail and keep popping out even if there is no fault. You can buy replacements easily.

There will be a way to either get to the back of the circuit breaker panel or open it outwards. Then you will be able to remount the ones that have lost their nuts and see what make and rating they are.

Correct. Some will be always in/on, these are thermal circuit breakers, they will be there for things like the horn, maybe the bilge pumps, maybe the winch.

The others are combined switches/thermal circuit breakers.

These will almost certainly be made by ETA, part number and current ratings will be on the side.
