The power supplies on Ebay, would probably do the job of running your fridge, but would not charge your battery, You need a good marine battery charger, please forget power supplies.
Also check the fridge wiring, you may have a bad (high resistance) connection, also check your present charger, it is obviously not up to the job, 5 amps doesnt cut it.
A good marine battery charger (25 amp) will solve all your problems, apart from bad connections.
I would also consider, if funds and room allow, fit an additional battery in parallel.
