I used to use a LVM pump on my Bombard Aerotec, which required some foot pumping on the tubes and lots of foot pumping on the floors afterwards...

...then I got a Bravo (I think it's the right name) 12HP which pumps everything to the right pressure. Nice and easy to use - you set the pressure on a little dial, and it automatically cuts off when it gets there.

Enough pressure for the floors as well.

I use the car battery, no prob...

PS., I bought the Bravo after reading a test report in MBM, and it does what it says on the box!

Both of them do my dinghy fully, but it's a fairly simple design without an inflatable keel or floor which might need more pressure.

I've never had to finish off with a foot pump - inflating a dinghy that is - and it even inflates the floor to an acceptable level.
