Would agree with STCW 95 not much point in going for PWC Instructor if you do not have any experience , I run alot of Instructor courses on the Superyachts and if you do not have the prerequisite 2 seasons experience you will not pass .
Better to get level 2 improve your language skills and dock...
Yup I would go for rescue ski although not the same colours as mine Red and Yellow they are very good fun in small surf , but I perfer the Malibu board for the big stuff.
