The AIS unit is the "talker" and the plotter and the Yakker are "listeners". The Yakker is connected via its "Rx" connection. It's true the Yakker then outputs a WiFi signal but as far as the AIS unit is concerned the Yakker is a 'listener".

Hmm. I think you are right! So I'm looking for a WHITE Raymarine wind display that can use the i60's transducer if any such thing exists. Which displays work with which transducers seems very confusing! Thanks for the correction.

Yes, back lights are working. Much of our sailing is downwind passages and most of the pointer is lost in front of the wind speed box. The tip of the pointer also seems to have lost most of its luminosity.

We have a very similar issue. 50cm diameter of eroded(?) Coppercoat around the original, bonded starboard (only) bronze through hulls. The through hulls appear in perfect condition.
