    "grain filling" with epoxy before varnishing - bad idea?

    If you fill with epoxy those areas will be a different colour to the rest of the varnish. Epoxy goes very dark when varnished. You have already mentioned the two methods of filling the dents in your floor...... there's no easy way, just choose which is best for you. Tom

    Any Weber Carburetor Guru's out there! fuel leak

    Webber carbs have a tendency to froth the fuel. Does your carb have the Thackeray washers fitted, if so they are probably to tight. A photo would help to see how it's all connected. Tom.
