I have the same problem in a volvo 2001. After cleaning the propeller power increased but not like before. If you find the solution please tell to me.

After 4 months without use the engine go fine in neutral getting top of revolutions, but when has to move the propeler in the water can not got top of revolutions. The noise of the engine is normal, the propeler is very clean and the hull quite clean. Thanks
