I'm replacing the rubber seals in all the main cabin windows in my Centaur right now - I have been looking at the original gaskets and wondered if anyone has a more modern solution? Is it wise to use a bit of sealant in conjunction with the rubber gasket?

You need to take a broader view. Look at all the top mags - Vogue, OK, Wallpaper, Top Gear, etc. They all do it the same - its simple advertising.
