Join the Sealine forum and then look at (How to) section. Different boat but detailed instructions on removing engine. On Sealine S25 engine had to be turned sideways as there was no room to take it straight out. It's not too difficult and can be removed and replaced in a day. I took two days as...
You have to hit it with a hammer. The bit that is sticking out and then use a bolt or something roughly the same diameter (drift) and keep on hitting and it will come out. There is nothing in there to stop it only compacted grease. As I said earlier it's quite common only last week somebody...
Wilf. It's a fairly common fault, what happens is that the grease becomes compacted. You have to hammer the extended bit out and then use a drift. Once it is out and cleaned it will move easily.
I think you need a Noland RS11. Fitting this is way above my level of experise, but members on the Sealine Forum have done it. You can find it in the How to.... section. http://sealineforum.co.uk/t6865-fitting-a-noland-rs11

When I was looing for information on how to remove my engine I couldn't find any. Volvopaul from this forum kindly gave me advice that the engine had to be swung 90 degrees to get it out. Thanks again volvopaul.
HOW TO REMOVE ENGINE FROM A SEALINE S23/S25
REMOVE OUTDRIVE in my case DPE. Then...
Well so far so good. Took Volvopaul's advice and swung the engine 90 degrees and out it came. Then lifted it out of the boat to remove sump. Broke a sump nut on removal, and spent ages drilling it out and retapping it. So run out of time to reinstall engine. Wish me luck for tomorrow.
Has anyone removed the engine from a Sealine S23/S25. My engine had a rusty sump and I thought I would give it a rub and paint it, but unfortunately or not I was a bit too agressive and now the sump is leaking oil. I have removed the sterndrive DP-E and all the ancillary items inside the engine...
We had a nice time visiting Londonderry about four years ago. It had at that time one single pontoon right next to city centre , but I believe it has been extended. No toilets but had electric and water. Public toilets were in city centre about ten minutes walk or there was plenty of pubs...
Brief synopsis for you Vas and anyone else who cannot receive programme. Young married couple in their twenties cannot afford house prices in London. They have no boating experience whatsoever, but see a boat advertised on eBay and think that it would be a good idea to purchase it and do it up...
