That looks like Humpback behaviour to me having seen them before in various parts of the world. Wonderful creatures.

After the clouds cleared on Friday morning it turned into a beautiful day for a quick trip across to Yarmouth for lunch at the Bugle and a walk along the Freshwater Causeway before setting off back to Lymington. Our arrival more or less coincided with low water (which was as low as on Saturday)...

Congratulations - being safely docked at your home berth feels very nice! Sounds like an excellent first passage to complete. Plenty of time now to learn all the boat's systems and get used to how she handles.

Since the new format came out I had started buying it again every month. Sad to see the new format is being stopped. It had taken on its own distinct identity from MBY following the changes.

I've had one for 18 months now on a swift 34 and so far very pleased with it. It had a leak from the water pump at the time of the pre-purchase survey and this was replaced as part of the purchase. No leaks on the pump since. As mentioned in the other thread on daily checks, I do check all the...
