INVOICE

hello there,

I have got a problem with a buyer from Poland. I have send him all parts for engine rebuild an invoice for it and no respond.
I tried to call him, e-mail him but without results. Last thing that is left is a visiting him ( but I dont thing it will change anything ) or court.
Please let me know if any of you have any experience in vindication or maybe other idea how to get my money back from there.

Were you selling as a private individual or as a business ?


Is the customer a business or a private individual ?


Is there a paper trail or contract ?


Did you take any money as a deposit ?


Are you certain the parts have been properly delivered to the customer in Poland ?


Do you have any bank details for the customer ?
