Hmm, some folks reported they had to tap and hold for a little while before something happened. I have no clue why that is so, but this seemed to resolve this issue for some....

So, an update to the anchor alarm survey is now available on Anchor Alarm Apps - Which one is best for you? A comprehensive Overview - SAN . The new apps are all navigational apps that also feature an anchor alarm. For most it is pretty basic, but TZ iBoat actually seems to be pretty decent in its feature list.

Somebody pointed out to me that the SailGrib anchor alarm for Android actually can use anchor bearing and distance for defining the allowed perimeter. With this it becomes a strong contender, also given that it is free.. So, yet another update uploaded...

I got help now with the empty column for My Anchor Watch, which I could not find in the Google Play Store here in Mexico. So, MAW is added now, with a rather large set of features, and you can find the update as before at Anchor Alarm Apps - Which one is best for you? A comprehensive Overview - SAN

Added SafeAnchor for Android to the overview. It has quite some features, but a rather unusual way of defining the anchor radius and anchor position, which takes some time getting used to.
