With another season drawing a close, I thought i'd start a thread where we can all stick up some pics to show what we've all been upto with our boats this year :). From me are a few pics of our boat on her travels. During the summer we went to Padstow, a first for me.

Don't be shy, you know we all love to see pics of boats :encouragement:

Wow, that really is quite a green boat.

Looks a lot healthier in this shot:

Lovely pics Sharpness, and brought back many happy memories of river cruising. Rafiki also made Padstow in July, on her way to Southampton.

Cheers Paul. We just missed one another in July. I was leaving Padstow when you were tied to the fuel dock there. Probably missed me as i was leaving at the same time as the "Matthew", and they were firing their canon to the joy of the crowd. Quite a spectacle :)

We have not travelled as much distance this year and have been foiled by the weather a couple of times but we have still had a good years cruising and are now making plans for next years big trip.

Our summer trip was a two week run from Lincoln to the Norfolk Broads and Southwold calling back in at Wells on the way home.

We are very much winding down now. The boat is due out of the water on the 3rd January for two to three months so that we can get her ready for next summers big Scottish trip.

Yes, I remember seeing BlueRiver now. Was trying to deal with an engine alarm, as well as docking, so it was a bit challenging. False alarm fortunately.

Been a great year for us, change of boats in June and some great weather up here in North Wales. We haven't been particularly far but we have had a lot of use out of the boat..

The old one going

New one arriving

I never knew Dragonara had a harbour! Sailed out of Andratx countless times and spent many days at Sant Elm.

Yep,its very well hidden and very small and shallow, but very nice. We just anchor outside and take the kayak in.

Theres a small and basic museum, thousands of lizards, and a few medium/longish walking trails on the island.
