Mooring plots are notoriously difficult to purchase on this the longest stretch of the Thames between Locks (Cleve to Benson)
Well! I have just learned that a nice mooring plot has become available. Dunno if it has water/electricity. There's 45' of frontage on the Plot. They are asking £45,000 which doesn't sound unreasonable to me. There's also another riverside plot but very small, speedboat frontage only at £15,000. Only drawback with both Plots is that they are very close to Tripleace's and his father's Plots. So!!!! you will need a lot of Booze. The real drawback is that they are also close to the Leathern Bottel Pub where boaters are made unwelcome.
The name of the Estate Agent handling in WARMINGHAM and they are in Goring on Thames but I don't have their phone number to hand.

yes the more booze the better.

The smaller plot does not have acess and authority will not grant access down the bank (that is put a path in).

In addition small plot does not have mooring rights.
