YM\'s BVI adventure

I am planning to pretend to go and fix the boat for a week, but secretly nip off to the BVI for some midwinter sailing. At only a thousand quid, this will actually be a good deal cheaper than boatfixing. Or at least not too much more expensive. Any takers? Oh, come on Atilla - I only need three more to make up a Hoarde!

I agree it is good value, however, will be taking kids and grandkids to Florida at the time. Have a Pussers for me.

Re: YM\'s BVI adventure

Got back last Saturday.
Bl**dy hot and not a lot of wind (0-5mph), certainly less than lasty time. Think it may have picked up a bit now.
Hit by massive tropical storm in whitesand bay with lightning that fried the VHF. Swam with friendly turtle and spotted ray there.
Saba rock now open and cleaned up a lot from last time.
Marina cay as good as always,
Norman Island, Billy Bones is now Pirates, but no change otherwise. Got mixed up there with a ginormous Moorings corporate regatta. 3 to each mooring buoy.... must be like the Solent.
Sounds like you need a cast iron excuse for a week
