Nice video, but it is >10 years old btw. Abramovich sold the boat about 5 yrs ago (to Abu Dhabi royals) when his new fleet was arriving (Eclipse and Luna), and I think she is now owned by the Alfi billionaires. If you want to see a really fast superyacht with gas turbines look for The World is not Enough

When it's running on jet what happens to the props? Does it all work together. I would have thought the props couldn't keep up....poor gearboxes

Top speed on props only is 25 knots, start up the turbine and you get another 30.000 HP good for another 5 knots extra, 30 knots while the fuel lasts.
