Yeoman Plotter

Having been an avid user of a Yeoman Plotter for the last six years, I decided to buy the Yeoman Sport. Great price at the Boat Show but no manual. Does anyone have a copy of the manual that i could photocopy? The model is the latest Yeoman Sport. Email me at steve@albinvega.com

Arthur's right. W & P owe you a manual. When you say you bought your Yeoman at LBS I assume that this was inside, and not from some old sailor in a shabby anorak on the steps outside! Our son bought his YS (now YS+) at LBS, complete with manual plus one or two other useful bits and pieces AND a Small Craft Folio (£37 worth) of his choice.

I bought the plotter from Compass at the LBC and they got them from a French distributor. This pissed Yeoman off as everyone else was selling them at £350 whereas Compass had about ten of them for £264. There was no manual but it came with a lead that plugged straight into a Garmin GPS. A good deal but no manual. Brand New and boxed.

I can't knock that price. Its obviously worth sourcing a manual from elsewhere. But is your UK warranty affected?
