Finally a boat owner after years of sailing OPs.

Took delivery and sailed her to her new home port yesterday - a fifteen mile delivery trip after previously looking at buying the same type in either Wareham or Gothenburg!

N0, it's got a couple of bits and a couple of sticks to hang them on . . . she's a Vega, long keel, sails beautifully, looks pretty and is on a mooring half a mile from our new house . . .

Hi Magic,

Been homeless, living and working out of suitcases and a laptop waiting to get into our new place - should be at the end of this week/beginning of next week. So - have been either on the (expensive) mobile or tying up other peoples' phone lines, and so have kept frivolities to a minimum.

Have been getting serious forum withdrawal symptoms though . . . back to the old late night whisky fuelled posting sessions any day now!
