You could get it with 18 caret gold stitch but it could get a tad on the pricy side and it would take a very long time to produce. The other stuff they do there is called 'cruel work' which is were they add layer after layer so it looks 3d (think Garter Star!).. Their office is amazing because they do a lot of military stuff, so there are rooms and rooms of shoe boxes full of cap badges for people like the Jamaican police force etc etc etc.

A few of the badges I've worn over the years have come from them - given that they are virtually a monopoly supplier in the area I've been pleasantly surprised by their level of service.
 
Glad to see that the burgee has finally got sorted. Just bloody hard work getting Henry to make what you wanted, it must have been vanity that stopped him

I am still lost as to why he did not use the supplier That did an excellent job for years yet Henrys still looking for another one. A glutton for punishment.

Just glad I don't have to jump back in and rescue it.
 
on a serious note, I'd really like to have a forum burgee!
Currently only have the Greek flag on the one side and nothing on the other, so something is needed to sort out the balance :D

Currently out of the country but I don't need the aggravation or snide remarks from you. My skill and expertise lay with the distribution which went pretty well, was all done online and didn't require self addressed envelopes. What was sold was as close to the original as possible and organised by someone else.

My understanding was that your supplier did them as a favour. I can't comment on the quality of the originals as I never managed to get one.

There is money in the kitty to put towards a new batch.

If you want me to arrange distribution again please don't hesitate to get in touch.
