I'm tearing whats left of my hair out over this.
I bought an old Yam 2b a while ago. It ran fine but I was worried that it wasn't circulating enough water. So I took head and leg off to clear the waterways.
Reassembled, all seemed fine., Started easily. But when I went to start it again- no joy. Water is getting into the combustion chamber and wetting the plug so it won't start.
I've changed the gaskets but still water getting in and there's a new symptom. Water is spraying out of the little oil pressure relief channel in the "exhaust plate" (think that's what its called).
Any ideas what can be done?
Thanks
