What has happened to yachtworld? Format and searches have changed, not for the better.
No longer able to get "advanced search", is it just me?

Write to them - they do listen (I did a year or two ago when the search was bit wonky for other reasons, and we had a good exchange of screenshots etc before they fixed it).

Huge improvement! IMHO.

Simple to filter on the fly, everything right there and auto updates. Searches simple to save as bookmarks.

All those whining would do the same in a couple of weeks if it changed back ;)

Well, just to see whether I was being a whiner or not I just tried it again. Filtering is fine. I got a list of boats that match my filters. Looked at the first one. OK. Back to my list. All my filter selections except Make and Region have been removed. You get this error:

So I'm not whining. It's shite.

if it's so bril tell me how I can view all uk motor boats added in last 3 days, as I used to be able to see. Quite happy to take instruction.

I tried emailing on the Contact tab but email bounced back as unknown address?.

Please don't be so patronising.
Aw didums.......... ;)
lighten up and realize it's just very well known resistance to change, prevalent in software design among older non computer literate users.. give a week and you'll be used to it and would shout just as loud if it was switched back.
imho....
Wow. Patronising squared. Nice.

I used to be able to do an 'advanced' search on www.yachtworld.com but that feature disappeared sometime ago.
So then I would use www.yachtworld.co.uk - the advanced search on here worked ok for me.
But today I now find that this has disappeared as well.
Another infuriating thing is the 'Cookie Control' box that pops up every time I click on something on the site, even if I click the box that says 'I'm fine with this'.

I agree - not anywhere near as intuitive to search on - no idea why they felt the need to ‘update’
If updates weren't continually "needed" lots of people would be out of work. The problem is once it is perfect the only thing they can change it to is not-perfect which I guess is why most updates break things.
