Have a look at Hainsworths Boat Transport. <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.boattransporter.co.uk/>http://www.boattransporter.co.uk/</A>
They have just transported a yacht for me from Trondhiem in Norway to Plymouth and I would highly recommend them - excellent customer service, very helpful and very knowledgable. I received quotes from a number of companies, but they where not only the most helpful but also gave the most competetive quote.
They transport all over europe, so I'm sure Italy to Holland is no problem.
I have no connection with the company other than being a happy customer!

They can probably do it as a return load from one of the Beneteau/Janneau they take down there.
That means thy'll be half the price of anyone.
They brought my 15.5m mast across France down to Argeles pick-backed with a big Beneteau motor work-boat and charged €280.
