I hope this doe not contravene positing rules.

My company has room to take two sailing yachts into charter management.

For a private owner this would effectively cover all of the annual overheads for their yacht and put a few quid in their pocket towards deprecation or finance.

I know management has been discussed at length on this forum before and it’s not for everyone. In current economic climate it could of course save an owner from having to sell their yacht. It also takes many of the hassles and time out of owning a yacht as we take on many of the responsibilities

We are looking for a 3 cabin, 8 berth 38 foot ish yacht. The second yacht could deviate slightly from this format. Ideally you would berth in one of the deep water berths at Kemps Quay however we can consider other marinas on the River Itchen.

Yacht management is not an income stream for us, in fact completely the opposite; however it does allow us to develop our fleet. It’s a 2 way relationsnship. We don’t need brand new yachts but they do need to be in good clean condition and ready to be coded.

If you would like to discuss in detail please give me a call, Doug, 02380 231122.
