I'm not sure that you can (legally) say this in UK job adverts. It's like saying you want someone who is hardworking and that is considered discriminatory. A couple of years ago there was an advert from a private spectacles retailer and the job agency made them take out that they wanted someone who was hardworking and committed.

I remember a job ad in the MN union newspaper NUMAST for a Pilot in a Sottish port.
