Yacht delivery company - last minute

Can anyone recommend a delivery company to sail our 44ft sailing boat from mainland Spain to the Solent before 31 December?

Just a thought, but is the deadline so as to retain your U.K. VAT status? If so, I think the deadline has been extended by 12 months but please check and don’t take my word for it! Plenty of info on RYA and CA websites but probably best to get a definitive answer in writing from HMRC.
