The fact that the charter company weren't providing insurance info would say they should be named to avoid any other potential conflicts.

At the very least name the marina - so others can be aware in that area

Thank you dj43 - in my opinion - Regardless of whether the boat was chartered or not the fact that the skipper/responsible person for that craft refused to give/pass on details is just as bad as a hit and run accident on a road
100% agree with you, but not wanting to diegress from my post of the excellent service we received from Y yacht ins .
With the sailing school name plastered over there boat they were not hard to track down![]()
