Has to be Speed 2 -- watched this recently and my god was it tripe.
The worst parts -- jamming a 20 foot prop with somthing that looked like my mooring warps. Also interesting was the lack of current experience by the hero while in the water as ship does 17 knots
Turning the vessel using some kind of hand driven bow thrusters... I figure if they are that good, I'll ditch the engine, fit one and hire someone to sit in the hold and crank it for me.
Running down a 15 foot GRP dinghy slows huge cruise ship by half a knot.
Said cruise ship travels through city hundred of metres having cleverly avoided ripping apart on seabed, harbour walls, etc, and remains upright for the entire trip
Propellor still intact despite this "grounding"
Huge petrol carrier anchored of tropical island fails to explode when hit by liner, but goes off like a bomb when very small sea plane gets lodged in radio mast.
Any one got anything more dire?
