jp,
The question that you are asking isn't that easy to answer! If you want to receive marine met forecasts then your receiver must be able to receive SSB transmissions - i.e. does it have a BFO switch or USB/LSB settings?

Also, can you decode digital transmissions (via a computer) or are you just able to receive voice?

If it does, then tell me what sea areas you want to receive forecasts for and I'll try to give you some frequencies and times.

Dear Henry, I'm only able to receive to receive voice!
I'm sailing in the north sea and channel: france, dover strait, belgium, holland!
Thank you! I've also ordered a Navtex, but this is for later!

jp,

You didn't say whether or not you can receive SSB

If you can't then you may need to rely on "normal" transmissions,

BBC Radio 4 at 0048, 0535, 1200, 1754 on 198 KHz (Long Wave)
These times are UK local times - i.e. UTC in the winter and UTC+1 in the summer. Covers the sea areas that you sail in.

Radio France at 2003 on 162 KHz (Long Wave) - I think this time is French Local time. Covers all French coasts.

Radio France International - covers the North Eastern and Central Atlantic at 1130 on 6175, 15300, 15515 and 17570 KHz

If you are able to receive USB then there are many transmissions from the coast radios and coastguards. They are always announced first on 2182 KHz USB and the announcement tells you which frequency the forecast will be transmitted on. (So just listen on 2182 and you will eventually find the stations and times).

Some of the transmissions are just navigational warnings, some are 24 hour forecasts and a few include a further outlook for up to 3 days.

Some of the UK coastguard times (UTC) and frequencies are:

Falmouth at 0940, 1740, 2140 on 2226 KHz
Solent at 0840, 2040 on 1641 KHz
Yarmouth at 0840, 2040 on 1869 KHz
Humber at 0740, 1940, 2340 on 2226 KHz

French CROSS
Gris Nez at 0833, 2033 on 1650 and 2677 KHz
Corsen at 0815, 2015 also on 1650 and 2677 KHz

There are forecasts from Ostend, but I'm not sure of the times.

Hope this is enough to get you started.
