Purely polyester resin GRP, the best one I know is to get Glasplies price list and help sheet, this is a huge mine of info!
Glaspliesin Lancashire advertise in Exchange and Mart amongst others. Quick service from them if you order as well.

West used to (and still do?) a video with books. The tips and hints apply to most resins though. Once read, practice makes perfect so do not expect the first attempt to be good!
