Wnter courses

Thinking of going on a winter course, possible day skipper or suchlike Would like to do this in January, not too particular about the dates at the moment. Would like somewhere warm, e.g. Canairies? Southern Spain? Would prefer something a little personal/small company (not got anything against Sunsail but I have all their information off the web already).

Any suggestions?

The chaps who runs it set it up earlier this year and was featured on Channel 4's
' No going back'.

I was on YM practical (in the Solent) just over a week ago and my instructor was on the same instructors course as Clive who runs Canarysail. He tells me he is doing well and the sailing is wonderful.

Based in La Gomera in the Canaries.

I did Day Skipper in Gibraltar, its warm and tidal - essential if you want your day Skipper endorsed for tidal waters. Try Allabroad Sailing Academy, they did in one week Day Skipper for me and Competent Crew for the family.

Plus interesting place.
