After a quick search on Amazon UK and came up with the unit below. It looks almost identical to my model, but it is 12 V and the brand is not mentioned (mine is Telecrane). I am not sure this particular listing is the best value (it looks a little expensive), but it will give you a starting point:

That is a very useful piece of information, thank you. I'm expecting chain piling problems with our new boat and the locker is accessed through the forepeak.

That looks identical to mine. I don’t remember how much I paid as it was purchased around 7 years ago, but that sounds like a good price.

When ordering, check the voltage. The receiver comes in several identical-looking models for 12V, 24V DC, and 120V and 230V AC.
