Wintering - La Linea

I was going to stay there a year or two back, but the place had no life or atmosphere as far as I could make out. Sterile is the word I'm looking for I think. Impersonal. As with so many Spanish marina designs it takes an age to get anywhere.

I stayed in Marina Bay for a couple of weeks and then pushed off to Bruce's yard in Faro, after a tip from someone in Gib. Holed up there for the winter. I certainly don't regret the decision, I think I'd have been slashing my wrists in La Linea..

Hiya Stu, looks like easyjet are now doing Manchester/ Gib. :encouragement:

They always were, prob was only 3 times a week and 150 - 200 ish each way, flights always full
