70kts max gust at Foxs if that helps....

BBC Radio Suffolk have just reporting that a double decker bus, near Hadleigh, has been picked up by the wind and thrown 6ft, off the road, into an adjacent field!!!!!! It is now laying on its side. Fortunately only one person is hurt, the driver.

They are now reporting that two artic lorries have blown over on the A140. It seems to have calmed down at Fox's.

Port of Felixstowe locked down with reported gust of 100mph some stacks blown over!

Perhaps I should have reported that Gerald spoke to Gus and everything is ok at Pin Mill although Gus did say that the moorings were quite lively during the worst. Everything stayed put though.

There were a couple of small yachts blown over on hard at Mersea, various dinghies blown around too.

Took a couple of snaps of the Blackwater and the Monkey Beach at around 8am. Was getting quite nicely sand blasted by the wind and sand whilst taking these!
