Intend to have one more long weekend on the river before the boat gets lifted on the 23rd, but now wonder with all this rain if I am going to have a problem getting under Windsor Bridge. If I get through should I be worried about the level going up on Sunday....

Does the Jubilee River ensure that the water levels at Windsor remains the same regardless of the weather?

The mere fact that the water is restricted in flow by the arches can cause a build up in water height upstream of the bridge. I can't speak for Eton Bridge but I recall many years ago John Blake and I took a Dory up to Wallingford during the floods and noted that the water just above the bridge was 3' higher than just below.
