Interesting question as I am looking to renew mine too (or at least putting new tape over the old that is still well stuck down) and have been looking at this Aluminium Foil Tape 50mm x 45m | Toolstation

that tape is for connection of ducting or something similar I have tried to use it for other purposes but its only a few thousands of an inch thick and very difficult to apply without wrinkles but its does stick well if you can overlook the wrinkles

replaced the tape on my ben 9 got a 30mtr roll off ebay just clean the window will acetone pull the backing tape off looks like new been on now over 4years.
