Not sure about this supplier but there are lots of this type on ebay. It is what I have. I have added a lanyard to the clip so I hang it round my neck when using it.
I have had it about 6 years I think.

Got similar recently as a spare for the old garage door remote which has been in use for a good few years now. ONly wired it into a buzzer so far but seems to have less of a delay than the existing one, certainly not a big deal. Also seems to have a much better range and no blind spots so far on a steel boat. The little 12v batteries for the controller remotes cost couple quid and available at the local supermarket with lots years use by date.
