Windlass Contactor Unit - Fuse size?

The common 12v+ to the foot switches/contactor unit is supplied by a 5A circuit breaker.

The windlass wiring diagram indicates a 4A fuse should be used.

Is the 5A circuit breaker sufficiently close to 4A, or do I need to install a separate inline 4A fuse?
