Fairly sure number 2 is an Artic Tern and number 4 is Swallows, probably juvenile ones at a guess.Their 'Bibs' don't look as red as the adults (unless it's just the light in the photo) Can't help with the technical names for the seagrowth or the Mozzies on the deckhead light fitting though.:)

I reckon the Mozzie things are Dragon Fly Lave/Pupae (whatever the term is) but I'm not sure.
 
Mark, the mozzie looking critturs..: Have a look at a Scorpion Fly ( there's a few different types)..Some images of those little beasties look a bit like your deckhead herd. :D
