Why o why will my gel coat not dry, I’ve done everything that they said....

All things now considered I think it must simply have been that it wasn’t warm enough. All my materials were brand new, I watched the online film and followed the manufacturers instructions to the lettter. I called them before I bought anything so they knew exactly what it was for and I had the pipette and syringe for accrate measurement and I triple checked the quantity

I am in Hants 20miles north of the Solent so I can only think it wasn’t warm enough. It hasnr been anywhere near 18c for 6 months!

Ant tips for removing half set gel coat?

You buy in cu.m or tons then ?

Even most Boat Builders don't deal direct to manufacturers .... so you must be a special customer !!

A paint scraper or a blunt chisel if the area is small.

Musto waterproofs work pretty well too, but never seem to make much of a dent in the quantity remaining on the hull.
