Re costs, I just 20mins ago bought tix for this weekend on Large Greek Person Airlines. Out Saturday morning, back Sunday evening. £230.30 all -in per person. BA was £100 more. So mike was right on that score...

.. yes I announced it somewhere. Learner = EME ( the real me!) , not that I have actually learnt anything you understand.
Deleted User- you would have to shrink the beam to rent mine .. I've only got 3.90m .. do you want me to have a look on my travels? Where would you prefer?
I took 'learned' advice from someone under the affluence of incohol about the name change BTW.
JFM - Yes . I'm here , name your day/time. Since Ray left it looks like someone sorted out their Yield Management practices ! Mind you I've only paid €50 each way in 2007 ( not many occasions)

I need 4.5m beam, EME. We will definitely stay one more season in Majorca but might be interested in something for next year? Not fussed where we are, the closer to Nice airport the better but we liked La Nap. No further west than La Rague

What is the dimension of your current berth mike? Will it fit a Sq58 (17.7m x 4.85, from memory?). I'd be interested in a swap for couple of months. Our antibes berth is a 5.0 or 5.5m so would fit your Freti

Our beam is 4.56m but it's a bit of a squash in our existing berth so I think your Sq58 will be a problem although lengthwise it would be OK. In any case, we're planning on staying in the Balearics this summer anyway but may be interested for 2008? When are you thinking about 'coz I'm fairly pally with the office peeps so I could ask about availability for your boat this year

Thanks mike. I'll leave it till 2008 becuase i just got the confirmation this afternoon that I have a Corsica berth in Bonifacio for a chunk of the summer, and that's enough schlepping across open sea for this year. But thanks again
While we're in Corsica our Antibes berth will be free for 3 weeks 23/6 to 15/7 if anyone is interested and wants a firm booking without going through the capitainerie lottery. If no takers I'll give it to the capitainerie to rent out. Max size boat 18m x 5m. Prime location, Mole Sud, with car parking at boat transom.
