I need a regulator for my Aerogen 3 windcharger to charge two 110 amp batteries via a "1-2-Both" selector There are many on ebay at various prices; any recommendations please.

Xylem would be a good place to start. I'm sure I've seen a twin battery regulator. Probably just a split output using diodes but nevertheless, 2 outputs. Otherwise you get onto the subject of maybe fitting a voltage sensitive relay to your existing setup.
The Aerogen outputs DC (bridge rectifier built in to the fan unit) and the regulator is adjustable for charging voltage and also has output to the dump resistor. For charging 3 batteries, a split charge diode can be added.
Marlec regulators are not compatible with Aerogen chargers. Had this confirmed by Marlec tech support a few years back.

Beat me to it.
I was about to ask, "Are you sure these Marlec regualtos are suitable for the Aerogen?
And quote what the manuals say " For use ONLY with Rutland 503, 504, 504-e, 913, 914i and FM-910-3 Windchargers. " and " For use with Rutland 500 & 910 (Mk 3) Windcheaters. Do not use with turbines from other manufacturers"
I believe the regulators for Aerogens are dump type regulators.

Yes, as mentioned in #5, they're dump regs. The Aerogen presumably produces 3 phase and has the bridge rectifier built in whereas some other makes (Rutland?) convert to single phase in the regulator unit. Would the Marlec one work if the bridge rectifier in the Aerogen was bypassed so 3 phase into the reg.?
Would this chager be compatible?
