Which Sika?

After use seal the Sika tube and pop it in the bottom drawer of your freezer, when next required take it out a couple of hours prior to using it. This method works and saves you buying a new tube every time you require it for a small job.
 
Ca I give this a bit of a bump....

"Am I correct in thinking Sika is best for 'gluing' stuff? What if I just want a decent silicone (?) to seal fittings etc, something that can be easily removed at a later date."
 
Sorry, can't help with that.
But fwiw, down here you can't find the stuff I suggested in big stores, for the very simple reason that a cartridge costs roughly twice as much as one of silicone.
Otoh, in the context of replacing skin fittings or other stuff where a perfect and durable sealing is crucial, saving a few quids is completely pointless, imho.
