Which Sika?

Am I correct in thinking Sika is best for 'gluing' stuff? What if I just want a decent silicone (?) to seal fittings etc, something that can be easily removed at a later date.

After use seal the Sika tube and pop it in the bottom drawer of your freezer, when next required take it out a couple of hours prior to using it. This method works and saves you buying a new tube every time you require it for a small job.

Any neutral silicone qualifies as decent, but for that purpose this stuff is the connoisseurs' choice.

Sorry, can't help with that.
But fwiw, down here you can't find the stuff I suggested in big stores, for the very simple reason that a cartridge costs roughly twice as much as one of silicone.
Otoh, in the context of replacing skin fittings or other stuff where a perfect and durable sealing is crucial, saving a few quids is completely pointless, imho.

These are well above the waterline! I'm buying locally to save time not money.
