Boat is “classic plastic”, a Halmatic hull Nicholson from 1975, with a solid hull moulding and a balsa core deck moulding joined with an upturn to make a low rail at the deck edge.
Looks like I need two meters?
A friend with the same model of boat found moisture in the topsides that had been getting in at the rail under the teak rail cap.
